Frame your book of business clearly
Enterprise AE roles at USI require demonstrated experience managing large commercial accounts. Quantify your client portfolio size, retention rates, and revenue contribution in your resume so hiring managers can assess your fit without ambiguity.
Target USI's regional office clusters
USI hires Enterprise Account Executives across dozens of regional offices, and sponsorship decisions often sit with local leadership. Research which offices have active openings and align your outreach to the regional practice leaders most relevant to your specialty.
Obtain your insurance producer license proactively
Most states require a Property and Casualty or similar license before you can legally place commercial coverage. Having your resident license in hand before the offer removes a common compliance blocker that delays sponsorship paperwork at insurance brokerages.
Align your specialization with USI's practice groups
USI structures its enterprise book around industry verticals like construction, healthcare, and financial institutions. Highlighting specific vertical expertise in your application signals immediate revenue potential and reduces the employer's perceived risk in sponsoring a candidate.
Search verified sponsoring employers on Migrate Mate
Identifying which USI offices are actively hiring Enterprise Account Executives and sponsoring visas right now is the fastest way to focus your applications. Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by visa type and confirm current sponsorship activity before you apply.

Find Enterprise Account Executive at USI Insurance Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does USI Insurance Services sponsor H-1B visas for Enterprise Account Executives?
USI Insurance Services does not appear to be a primary H-1B sponsor for Enterprise Account Executive roles. Their sponsorship activity for this function leans toward visa categories like E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT. If you're on H-1B status, it's worth discussing directly with USI's HR team, as sponsorship decisions can vary by office and business need.
Which visa types are commonly used for Enterprise Account Executive roles at USI Insurance Services?
USI Insurance Services has sponsored Enterprise Account Executives through E-3 visas for Australian citizens, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates working in insurance. J-1 visa holders have also been supported. The right category depends on your nationality, degree field, and how far along you are in your career.
What qualifications and experience does USI Insurance Services expect for Enterprise Account Executives?
USI typically looks for candidates with prior commercial insurance brokerage experience, strong knowledge of property and casualty or employee benefits lines, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-account client relationships. A relevant bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field strengthens your application. An active state insurance producer license is a practical requirement before you can start in most roles.
How do I apply for Enterprise Account Executive jobs at USI Insurance Services?
You can search and apply for Enterprise Account Executive openings directly through USI's careers portal or find verified sponsoring roles through Migrate Mate, which filters positions by visa type so you can confirm sponsorship availability upfront. When you apply, tailor your resume to USI's industry verticals and include your visa status clearly so the recruiter can route your file correctly from the start.
How do I plan my timeline for visa sponsorship when pursuing an Enterprise Account Executive role at USI?
Timeline depends heavily on your visa category. E-3 and TN visas can be arranged in weeks once an offer is made and the Labor Condition Application is certified by the DOL. F-1 OPT gives you a 60-day grace period after your current role ends to secure a new offer. Build at least four to six weeks of buffer between your offer date and intended start date to allow for LCA filing, document preparation, and any consular appointment scheduling.
