Align your systems experience to Veeva's stack
Veeva's Business Systems Analyst roles center on Salesforce, Veeva Vault, and ERP platforms like NetSuite or SAP. Tailor your resume to show hands-on configuration or integration work with these specific tools before you apply.
Target open roles across Veeva's product verticals
Veeva hires Business Systems Analysts across Commercial, R&D, and Quality verticals. Roles in each vertical have different technical requirements, so reviewing which vertical your background fits before applying sharpens your targeting significantly.
Use Migrate Mate to identify active sponsorship openings
Not every Business Systems Analyst posting at Veeva explicitly states visa sponsorship availability. Use Migrate Mate to filter and surface roles at Veeva that are open to sponsored candidates, saving time on listings that won't move forward for international applicants.
Understand Veeva's H-1B filing timeline before accepting an offer
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm whether your OPT end date falls before October 1. USCIS's H-1B cap-subject petitions have an April filing window, and missing the cycle by even a week can force a gap year. Build this into your offer negotiation.
Prepare a detailed professional credentials package early
Veeva's immigration filings for Business Systems Analysts typically require evidence of a specialty occupation, meaning your degree transcript, any credential evaluation for foreign degrees, and employment verification letters should be gathered before your first interview round.
Clarify TN eligibility if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
Business Systems Analyst roles at Veeva can qualify under the TN visa's Systems Analyst category for Canadian and Mexican nationals. DOL does not require a prevailing wage determination for TN, making the process faster than H-1B cap filings.

Find Business Systems Analyst at Veeva Systems JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Veeva Systems sponsor H-1B visas for Business Systems Analysts?
Yes, Veeva Systems sponsors H-1B visas for Business Systems Analysts. The company has a documented pattern of supporting both cap-subject H-1B filings and H-1B1 petitions for eligible nationals. Sponsorship is typically confirmed during the offer stage, and Veeva works with outside immigration counsel to manage the petition process on the candidate's behalf.
How do I apply for Business Systems Analyst jobs at Veeva Systems?
Applications go through Veeva's careers portal, where roles are listed by vertical and location. Before applying, confirm the posting is open to sponsored candidates, as not every listing states this explicitly. Migrate Mate filters Veeva's active Business Systems Analyst openings by visa sponsorship eligibility, so you can prioritize roles that match your immigration status from the start.
Which visa types does Veeva Systems commonly use for Business Systems Analyst roles?
Veeva sponsors H-1B and H-1B1 visas for Business Systems Analysts, along with F-1 OPT and CPT for students earlier in their careers. TN status is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose role qualifies under the Systems Analyst category. For candidates seeking permanent residence, Veeva supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, typically after an initial period in the role.
What qualifications does Veeva Systems expect for Business Systems Analyst roles?
Most Business Systems Analyst roles at Veeva require a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience configuring or supporting enterprise platforms, particularly Salesforce or Veeva Vault. Roles in regulated verticals such as R&D or Quality often expect familiarity with GxP compliance requirements. Practical integration or business process mapping experience strengthens applications considerably.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Business Systems Analyst at Veeva Systems?
Timeline depends on the visa type. Cap-subject H-1B petitions follow USCIS's lottery and filing cycle, with employment starting no earlier than October 1. TN status for Canadian nationals can be obtained at the port of entry with same-day processing. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 takes considerably longer, often two to four years from initiation depending on country of birth and DOL processing backlogs.
