INTRODUCTION
The Content Operations Manager – Nutrition Portfolio leads the planning, creation, and execution of member-facing, and trainer-related content across the Nutrition Portfolio, including Nutrition Coaching, the LTH Supplement line and the Life Time Health & Wellness Hub.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Nutrition Portfolio, this execution-heavy role is responsible for bringing marketing strategies to life through compelling content that educates, engages, converts and retains.
This position partners closely with the marketing manager, business owner, Registered Dietitians, nutrition coaches, supplement experts, and internal marketing teams to develop content across digital, social, email, ecommerce, web, in-app, video, and any other emerging channels.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly resourceful, creative, and execution-oriented, with a passion for health and wellness and the ability to create content in any environment — from capturing content on an iPhone to leveraging AI tools or supporting larger-scale productions.
This role thrives on turning ideas into action, proactively identifying content opportunities, and producing high-quality content that educates audiences, drives engagement, and supports measurable business growth.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Nutrition, Health & Wellness, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital media, with a focus on Content Strategy, Digital Operations and/or Content Marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex health and wellness topics.
- Proven experience creating content across multiple channels that drive measurable engagement, lead generation, conversion, and revenue.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and execution across in-club and digital channels, including web, email, app, social media, and e-commerce.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation and marketing efficiency, as appropriate.
- Basic understanding of health, nutrition, and supplement marketing guidelines, including the ability to recognize when content may require legal, regulatory, or scientific review.
- Knowledge of content performance metrics and a test-and-learn approach to optimization.
- Ability to create content independently using a variety of production methods, including smartphone, AI-assisted, and professional content creation tools.
- Working knowledge of creative design tools and the ability to develop basic marketing, retail, and promotional assets.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
PAY
This is a salaried position starting at $64,000.00 (or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $88,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
