Your Core Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact with program Directors and Senior Program Planning Management
Supervise Planning team and provide direction and oversight through daily interactions. Collaborate with Senior Planning Manager for personnel assignments, establishment of priorities and ensuring adequate training. Maintain and provide guidance to team members based on organizational goals and company policy. Responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of Planning artifacts for business area
Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements.

Basic Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Proficient at developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis using MS Project / Deltek Open Plan
- Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
- Knowledge and experience of Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
- Proficient and effective team building skills
- Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills
- THAAD Product Experience required for consideration
- Active DoD SECRET clearance
Desired Skills
- 15 years or more of experience in planning or program management related discipline
- Experience in leading diverse teams virtually across multiple locations
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and providing analysis for Programs

- Experience with DCMA surveillances

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00
