The Role
As our Customer Service Represenative, you are the bridge between technical excellence and customer satisfaction. You’ll be part of our inside service team, scheduling, and ensure every repair or installation meets the "Watson’s Standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Champion: Resolve complex service issues with empathy and a "can-do" attitude.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee parts inventory, warranty claims, and service fleet maintenance.
- Efficiency Expert: Optimize routing and workflows to maximize daily appointments and minimize downtime.
What You Bring to the Table
- Leadership Experience: At least 3–5 years in a customer service represenative or similar role is preferred but not neccessary. (Experience in HVAC, pool/spa, or appliances is a huge plus).
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with service management software and logistics tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You stay cool under pressure and find solutions where others see roadblocks.
- Communication: The ability to explain technical fixes to customers in a way that’s clear and reassuring.
