Director of Marketing (Demand Generation & GTM)

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Marketing to help lead our next phase of growth.
Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing will own Aloha’s overall marketing strategy and be responsible for building predictable pipeline generation, strengthening brand positioning, and driving revenue growth.
This is not a traditional hands-on content or social media role.
You will own the strategy, prioritization, performance, and execution framework while leveraging internal stakeholders, external vendors, and offshore resources to scale efficiently.
This role works closely with executive leadership, product, sales, customer success, and recruiting.
What You'll Own:
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute Aloha’s marketing and GTM strategy aligned to company growth goals.
- Create quarterly and annual marketing plans tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Identify growth opportunities across demand generation, product marketing, partnerships, events, and customer marketing.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Own marketing-generated pipeline and influence revenue outcomes.
- Develop integrated campaigns across paid, organic, events, email, content, and partner channels.
- Improve website conversion rates and lead-to-demo performance.
- Establish attribution and ROI reporting.
Product Marketing
- Build positioning, messaging, and launch plans for product releases and new offerings.
- Partner with Product and Sales to ensure clear market differentiation.
- Develop competitive intelligence and market insights.
Vendor & Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate offshore marketing execution resources and external agencies.
- Build campaign calendars, workflows, SLAs, and quality expectations.
- Establish operating cadence and accountability across marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Performance
- Define KPIs and dashboards for marketing performance.
- Track funnel performance and optimize based on data.
- Report progress and recommendations directly to executive leadership.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or high-growth marketing environments.
- Experience owning marketing strategy and measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Experience managing agencies, contractors, or offshore execution teams.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital channels.
- Strong analytical and financial decision-making skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and project leadership skills.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare SaaS, Practice Management, RCM, or ABA experience.
- Experience supporting founder-led organizations.
- Experience building GTM systems and processes from growth stage to scale.
- Familiarity with Zoho, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
