About the role
We are looking for a design-first Digital Marketing Specialist to own the creative execution behind our marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the Adobe Creative Suite and can carry a project from brief to finished asset on a tight timeline. You will also serve as our point of quality control for creative produced by an outside agency, making sure their work is on time, on brief, and up to standard.
This is an on-site role reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
What you'll do
- Design marketing assets across print and digital using Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Shoot, direct, and edit still photography and video for use across campaigns, product pages, social, and paid media.
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video content.
- Take a marketing brief and run with it, translating it into finished content independently.
- Manage creative projects with an outside agency: audit deliverables for timeliness, quality, and accuracy against marketing briefs, and push back when work misses the mark.
- Take projects from concept to completion independently and deliver against strict deadlines.
- Support the marketing team's broader initiatives by producing the creative and content they call for.
What you'll bring
- Design experience or formal education in design.
- Extensive, hands-on proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Proficiency in both still and video photography.
- A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to complete projects on strict timelines.
- Genuine enjoyment of brainstorming and creative challenges.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role, or equivalent experience or education.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing other people's work against a brief.
