We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Field Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This isn’t just event planning—it’s about fuel-injecting a high-growth sales pipeline and bringing the Saviynt brand to life for the 20% of the Fortune 100 that already trust us.
THE MISSION: Fueling the Front Lines
This role is the tactical engine behind our regional success. You will collaborate with Sales, Demand Gen, and Product teams to deploy programs that resonate in a market where identity security has become a strategic requirement for AI adoption.
Your Playbook: What You Will Own
- Event Strategy & Execution Leader: Architect and execute a high-impact mix of trade shows, third-party sponsorships, and Saviynt-hosted programs. You own the lifecycle—from vendor negotiations to internal staffing and speaker arrangements.
- Pipeline Acceleration Engine: Convert event energy into revenue. Partner with Demand Gen to drive attendance and work with Marketing Ops to ensure every lead is captured in HubSpot and Salesforce. You’ll be the bridge that enables SDR teams for rapid, effective follow-up.
- Regional & Internal Champion: Act as the strategic partner to our field sales teams, tailoring activities to regional priorities. You will also lead the charge on internal high-visibility events like our Sales Kick Off and Revenue Leadership Offsites.
- Brand & Results Advocate: Ensure our messaging—centered on AI-powered governance and converged identity—is flawless across all touchpoints. You’ll track, analyze, and report on performance to prove measurable ROI.
WHAT YOU BRING: You are a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a proven track record of getting things done and delivering exceptional prospect experiences.
- Experience: 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or event management. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
- Execution Prowess: You are a project management expert capable of juggling multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
- MarTech Fluency: Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce, with a deep understanding of how to use technology to track and optimize event performance.
- Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- Flexibility: A "road warrior" mentality, ready to travel up to 25% to execute flawless events on the ground.
