Turple Communications LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Junior IT Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing on-site technical support, installations, and maintenance of IT systems across various client locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced field environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of IT equipment and infrastructure.
- Install and configure hardware, software, and network systems.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Respond to service calls, including on-call and shift work as required.
- Work from heights and in confined spaces.
- Lift and transport heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Travel to client sites across the region.
- Field terminations, scheduled maintenance and installation of new equipment in an industrial environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or field service roles.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a clean security background check.
- Comfortable with working from heights and performing heavy lifting.
- Availability for on-call rotations and shift work.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Completion of Fall Arrest Training and Lift Training.
- Must supply and use personal PPE (e.g., hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots).

- Experience with cabling, routers, switches, and mobile device support.
