This role combines customer support, hands-on technical work, and collaboration with our manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and reliable solutions.

What You'll Do
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Install, configure, and commission Amatrol training systems at customer locations throughout North America.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation-related issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
- Test and evaluate products to ensure performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Document support activities and share technical knowledge that enhances both customer and internal team success.
What We're Looking For - Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, or automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
