Job Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Field Service Rep to support his/her respective Regional Sales Manager to maintain and grow the business. In this position, the team member will bring expertise in his/her ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability; the ability to plan, execute, control and deliver; communicate effectively both written and verbal.
Duties
- Perform daily inventory management within accounts in the local region.
- Perform measuring and fitting of orthopedic products; fit/instruct patients in other ancillary DME products.
- Provide inventory management services to customers, including ordering and returning products as needed. Provide delivery estimation dates and ongoing communication.
- Prepare, gather and submit paperwork for insurance billing purposes ensuring accuracy and timeliness of receipt. Treats Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Ensure the highest standard of patient care is provided to all patients, including adequate follow-up with patients and physicians, where required.
- Evaluate orthotic devices on patients and make adjustments to assure fit, function, and quality of work.
- Utilize inventory management and ordering systems as applicable to support daily operations.
- Analyze reports and data for trends and patterns. Suggest areas for improvement including processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in patient care and business solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or sports medicine, or applicable trade certificate is strongly preferred.
- Some experience desired, but not required. Applicable experience typically includes patient care, customer service, inventory, benefits, insurance billing or other related service oriented work.
- Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word and Excel capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Must have a personal vehicle that meets company standards.
- Must maintain related training, criminal and motor vehicle records, and valid automobile insurance.
- Must comply with medical facility credentialing standards.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
