YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly to internet, phone, chat, and digital sales inquiries
Build rapport with prospective customers and provide an exceptional first impression
Schedule appointments for the sales team and help drive showroom traffic
Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email campaigns
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Work closely with sales managers and product specialists to maximize lead conversion
Meet individual and team performance goals
Deliver a professional, customer-first experience throughout the sales process

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
Previous sales, customer service, call center, BDC, or automotive experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
