- Ensure prompt completion of loan processing, including the processing of school certifications
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to mitigate operational risks and drive operational process improvements
- Participate in department and company-wide projects as a payment processing SME
- Take ownership of internal and external inquires to provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Experience in financial services
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfortable with numbers and an analytical mindset
- Task-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and lead through fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
