Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in lending pricing, profitability analysis, financial analysis, or a related banking function.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated experience ing analytical thinking to evaluate data, identify trends, and support business decisions. Experience in an operational role with a finance background can also be considered.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to recommend practical solutions to complex business challenges.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations to business partners.
- Experience building collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts, processes, technologies, and business requirements.

- Knowledge of loan profitability, portfolio reporting, forecasting, and lending analytics.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, regulatory reporting, or risk-related initiatives.
