We’re looking for a reliable, welcoming Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to assist guests and help keep hotel operations running smoothly. This role includes guest service, reservations, payment handling, breakfast preparation, and end-of-day procedures.
Responsibilities
● Check guests in and out, make reservations, and respond to guest requests
● Answer phones and provide information about the hotel and local area
● Handle cash and credit card transactions securely
● Review guest accounts and document discrepancies
● Complete end-of-day procedures and prepare for the next shift
● Walk the property and report safety, security, or maintenance concerns
● Clean and sanitize the lobby and surrounding areas
● Prepare breakfast items, clean the breakfast room and kitchen, put away food, and wash dishes
● Enroll guests in the hotel’s rewards program and explain its benefits
Qualifications
● Friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills
● Reliable, punctual, and attentive while working
● Basic cash-handling and computer skills
● Ability to work at a fast pace and independently during overnight shifts
● Food worker card or ability to obtain one before preparing breakfast
● Availability for assigned shifts, including overnights and weekends
Hotel experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
