Growth Jobs in Pennsylvania: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth in Pennsylvania?
Growth roles in Pennsylvania do not require a state-issued license or registration. Most employers look for a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience running experiments and driving measurable outcomes. Building a portfolio that documents campaigns, test results, and metric improvements is one of the strongest ways to qualify, particularly for roles at Pennsylvania-based technology companies, health systems, and financial services firms.
Which companies hire growths in Pennsylvania?
Employers hiring growths in Pennsylvania right now include Deloitte, Aramark, and Duolingo, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Pennsylvania's concentration of large healthcare networks, fintech companies, and enterprise software firms means steady demand for growth talent beyond the immediate startup ecosystem.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most growth jobs?
Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Pennsylvania lead Pennsylvania for growth job openings. Philadelphia's scale as a major metro drives the largest share, fueled by its dense healthcare, insurance, and consumer goods sectors, while Pittsburgh's expanding technology and robotics scene supports consistent hiring, and the Lehigh Valley's corporate headquarters add openings outside the two primary metros.
Are there remote growth jobs in Pennsylvania?
Yes, and more than most fields. Growth is primarily an analytical and strategic function, which makes it well suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 67% of growth openings tied to Pennsylvania are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how common distributed teams have become at Pennsylvania-based technology and financial services companies. Roles focused on data analysis, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation tend to offer the most location flexibility.
How can I get hired as a growth in Pennsylvania with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a marketing coordinator or marketing analyst role at a mid-size Pennsylvania company, where you can build hands-on exposure to funnel metrics and campaign execution before moving into a dedicated growth function. Large Philadelphia health systems and Pittsburgh technology firms often post associate or rotational marketing roles designed for recent graduates. A Google Analytics certification or a demonstrable side project showing experiment design and results gives candidates a meaningful edge when competing against more experienced applicants.
Where can I find and apply to growth jobs in Pennsylvania?
You can find and apply to growth jobs in Pennsylvania on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers actively hiring in the state. Search for roles that match your experience level and specialization, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
