Overview
Seeking hotel Night Auditor for 2 days per week to work overnight (11pm-7am). Strict attendance policies in place so candidate would need to be punctual.
Experience preferred, but not required.
As a part-time Hotel Night Auditor, you’ll keep overnight front desk operations running smoothly while helping guests feel welcome and supported. You’ll complete the night audit, review daily transactions, and prepare accurate records for the next shift. Your impact: By balancing guest service with careful financial and reservation checks, you help guests enjoy a seamless stay and give the daytime team reliable information to start the day.
Duties
- Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and respond to requests with attentive guest services and guest relations.
- Complete night audit tasks, reconcile daily transactions, review reservations, and prepare shift reports.
- Use hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to update guest and room records.
- Answer and direct calls using multi-line phone systems; apply clear phone communication, phone etiquette, and client communication.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures and coordinate appropriate support when issues arise.
Qualifications
- Essential: Customer service skills, sound customer service problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Preferred: Hotel experience, front desk experience, night audit experience, or resort experience; familiarity with hotel management or hospitality management.
- Preferred: Experience with hospitality reservation systems, property management systems (PMS)
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are welcome, along with experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 per week
