In this role, you will be overseeing all day-to-day operations of the property’s food and beverage outlets. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversee a Front-of-House team of 50-60 Team Members, including 5 leaders.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of senior Food and Beverage leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple outlets within a large-scale and/or luxury hotel environment. We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.

- Support F&B operational strategy: Assist in overseeing operations of the Food & Beverage department, focusing on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive guest satisfaction strategy: Lead the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
- Contribute to revenue growth: Collaborate with the F&B Director and Culinary team to develop and implement creative menus and effective food and beverage marketing strategies
- Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
