Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems (such as ATS platforms like Kenexa BrassRing or Oracle HCM), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
• Administer employee evaluation and performance management systems to support ongoing development and feedback cycles.
• Handle benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance with regulations such as FMLA and workers' compensation policies.
• Support HR legal compliance management by ensuring adherence to employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
• Facilitate training & development initiatives, workforce management strategies, and succession planning efforts to promote continuous growth.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information while managing HRIS data entry, payroll processing coordination, and HR data collection for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or a related HR department role with a strong understanding of employment law and legal compliance standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, change management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro; advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel data analysis is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively and foster positive employee relations.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, personnel administration, OSHA standards, and FMLA regulations.
• Experience with HR sourcing tools like Lever or Kenexa BrassRing is desirable; familiarity with ATS platforms enhances your candidacy.

Pay: $64.00 - $77.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 60.0 per week
