We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in human resources and employee compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and process employee background screenings.
- Run and review OIG, NAR, SEMARC, DPS, and other required background checks.
- Maintain accurate employee files and compliance documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and processing new hires.
- Monitor background check results and follow up on pending clearances.
- Ensure employee records meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Provide HR support to employees and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR or related administrative experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience conducting background checks, including OIG, NAR, SEMA RC, and DPS.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and office software.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
