RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent and team to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to processes and tasks.
- Work alongside our agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not required.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer through solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses.
- Salary plus commission/bonus
