This is local sales with real relationships at the center.
Responsibilities
- Follow a structured sales process from first conversation through policy placement and follow-up
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in product training and licensing coursework
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
