Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales - meeting with clients and teaching about how we can help protect their livelihood and future
- Passion Marketing - get out of the office to build relationships and replenish leads
- Inside Lead Generation - phone calls, appointment setting, etc.
- Strategic Marketing - i.e. golfing with clients, taking realtors mortgage officers to lunch etc.
- Support Success – Prepare proposals, complete documentation, and keep client records organized and up to date.
Skills:
- Licensed or Willing to Learn – Hold (or be ready to obtain ASAP) Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Sales Savvy – Previous experience in sales, especially in insurance, is a bonus.
- Relationship Builder – Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Motivated & Goal-Oriented – You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Integrity First – Professional, dependable, and passionate about serving others.
