Business Analyst & Project Management Intern
This full-time internship will run from May 24 through July 31, 2027, and will be based at SERVPRO Corporate Headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee. The position pays $20.00 per hour. Please note that housing, relocation assistance, and other accommodations are not provided by the Company.
Job Summary
The Business Analyst & Project Management Intern's goal is to understand day-to-day operations within SERVPRO and IT. Through interning with our Product team, the intern will obtain an understanding of the business side of IT with the team of business analysts and project managers. This opportunity will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in business product support, requirements documentation, stakeholder engagement, basic project management, and release management. The BA/PM Intern will work closely with experienced professionals who are committed to their growth and development.
You will
- Participate in weekly intern activies as scheduled and assigned.
- Attend team meetings and department events.
- Shadow experienced employees to learn business operations.
- Assist with department projects and initiatives.
- Assist in documenting requirements for smaller enhancements.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in special projects assigned by supervisors.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be a current Junior or Senior enrolled in college, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Applied AI or a related field.
