Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks an Engineering Support Specialist to join our Manufacturing Test Infrastructure team in Pullman, Washington. We design, build, maintain, and support the test stations, fixtures, and cable assemblies used throughout SEL manufacturing facilities to ensure every product meets our high standards for quality and reliability.
This is an opportunity to lead a weekend build team within Manufacturing Test Infrastructure in Pullman, WA.
- Weekend Shift — Friday–Monday, 8:30am–7:00pm, with a shift differential of $10.00 per hour
This team builds the test stations, fixtures, and cabling that SEL Manufacturing facilities around the country depend on to run electrical tests on our boards and products. As the weekend supervisor, you’ll lead a team that builds, verifies, delivers, and maintains those systems, and keep the shift running safely and on schedule.

- Implementing and improving processes to make the build safer and more consistent.
- Maintaining SEL culture and addressing detractors to our values.
