This is an entry-level position with plenty of room to grow within the lawn care industry. Whether you see yourself becoming a Lawn Care Technician, Sales Agent, or eventually stepping into a leadership role, this is a great place to start. In fact, 90% of our Branch Managers started as hourly employees!
What You'll Do
As a Door-to-Door Outreach Representative, you'll visit homeowners in local neighborhoods and offer them a free, no-obligation lawn care estimate. We'll teach you a simple, effective approach and provide the training you need to feel confident at the door.
You're not selling lawn care- you're introducing homeowners to Weed Man, our team, and the quality of service we provide.
You'll play an important role in helping establish Weed Man's name throughout Asheville and building the foundation for our new branch.
