About the team:

What You'll Be Doing
Linguistic Quality & Market Ownership
Translate, edit, and review high-priority English content into clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate Latin American Spanish across Seller Center (Web and App), Marketing Communications, Marketplace Learn, and other Marketplace channels.
Review translations delivered by external vendors and provide final linguistic approval based on accuracy, fluency, terminology, tone, brand voice, consistency, and cultural relevance.
Define when regionally neutral Spanish is appropriate and when market-specific adaptation is required; provide guidance on regional terminology and linguistic differences across Latin America.
Own and maintain translation memories, glossaries, style guides, language quality standards, and review protocols in partnership with Walmart international teams and vendor teams.
Project & Program Management
Manage localization projects from intake and requirements gathering through scoping, scheduling, translation, review, quality assurance, launch, and closeout.
Build and maintain project plans, workback schedules, priorities, status reports, and documentation; track owners, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing launch deadlines, business impact, localization SLAs, and vendor capacity; identify and escalate blockers early.
Lead cross-functional working sessions and communicate clear requirements, timelines, tradeoffs, and launch-readiness status to Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and International stakeholders.
Track delivery, quality, and operational metrics and use findings to improve planning, execution, and stakeholder visibility.
Quality Control, Vendor & Issue Resolution
Perform in-context linguistic quality assurance for digital experiences and audit content to identify untranslated, inconsistent, truncated, culturally inappropriate, or functionally incorrect content.
Triage localization issues, distinguish linguistic defects from product or engineering defects, document root causes, and coordinate resolution through the appropriate teams and systems.
Train, calibrate, evaluate, and provide actionable feedback to external linguists and vendors; ensure quality, terminology, and SLA expectations are understood and met.
Serve as the Spanish (LATAM) quality gatekeeper and market advocate for launches, escalations, and high-visibility content.
Tools, Workflow & Process Optimization
Operate localization workflows across translation management, project tracking, content management, and marketing systems while maintaining accurate request, status, and delivery records.
Create and maintain Airtable tickets and Jira tickets to support intake, prioritization, issue management, reporting, and stakeholder visibility.
Support localization workflows in Crowdin, LILT, HubSpot, and Contentstack, partnering with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot integrations, content handoffs, and delivery issues.
Identify recurring defects, manual steps, bottlenecks, and process gaps; standardize documentation, improve automation, and help scale localization operations across markets.
Minimum Qualifications

Marketing Jobs in Arkansas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a marketing in Arkansas?
Marketing does not require a state-issued license in Arkansas, so the path runs through education and demonstrated skills. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business from an accredited program, with the University of Arkansas, Arkansas State University, and the University of Central Arkansas being common pipelines. Building a portfolio of campaigns, earning platform certifications such as Google Analytics or HubSpot, and gaining hands-on experience through internships are the steps that make candidates competitive in the Arkansas market.
Which companies hire marketings in Arkansas?
Arkansas marketing roles are posted by Simmons Foods, Walmart, and Mosaic North America and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Northwest Arkansas in particular has a dense concentration of consumer brands, retail suppliers, and regional agencies that post regularly across brand management, digital, and content roles.
Which Arkansas cities have the most marketing jobs?
Little Rock, Gentry, and Springdale lead the state for marketing openings. Little Rock draws demand as the state capital with a strong presence of financial services, healthcare systems, and government contractors, while Bentonville and Fayetteville are powered by Walmart's global headquarters and the dense ecosystem of consumer goods suppliers and agencies that have built up around it in Northwest Arkansas.
Are there remote marketing jobs in Arkansas?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 14% of marketing openings tied to Arkansas are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the work involves digital tools, content platforms, and analytics software that travel well outside an office. Roles in digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media management are the most consistently remote-eligible.
How can I get hired as a marketing in Arkansas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is an internship or coordinator role with one of Arkansas's large consumer-facing employers or regional agencies. Walmart and its supplier network in Northwest Arkansas run structured internship programs for students and recent graduates from Arkansas-area universities. Entry titles like marketing coordinator, social media associate, or marketing assistant are the standard door in, and candidates who pair a relevant degree with a portfolio of real projects, even from coursework or volunteer work, stand out. HubSpot and Google Analytics certifications signal initiative to hiring managers when experience is limited.
Where can I find and apply to marketing jobs in Arkansas?
You can find and apply to marketing jobs in Arkansas on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers hiring across the state right now. Search the listings for roles that match your specialty and experience level, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
