The Role
As the Dual Director of Sales and Marketing, you lead the sales and marketing efforts for two hotel properties, developing revenue strategies and building partnerships that drive business growth. You oversee sales performance, market positioning, and outreach for both hotels while ensuring revenue goals are achieved and clients receive exceptional service.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the daily sales and marketing activities for Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton - Bossier properties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals across both hotels
- Oversee marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning efforts
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and local business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for both properties
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site tours, and networking events
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and business opportunities within each hotel's market
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance updates for hotel leadership teams
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to maximize hotel performance and guest satisfaction
- Ensure accurate contracts, proposals, and client communications
- Represent both hotels at industry events, trade shows, and community activities
- Drive group, corporate, and catering business while supporting overall hotel revenue objectives
