Service Operations Manager — 4-Day Week | Spanish Required
Premier Cleaning Services (a Shine Group company) · Jackson, WY 83002 · Full-time · $75,000–$90,000/year DOE + performance bonuses
About The Shine Group
The Shine Group is a locally established organization in Jackson Hole that manages several service-based businesses, including Premier Cleaning — a company with over 20 years of delivering exceptional service and great cleaning across residential, commercial, hospitality, and facilities accounts.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our operations team to ensure strong operational systems, exceptional client service, and a supportive work environment for our housekeepers.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to help lead our cleaning operations in Jackson. This role is primarily focused on our commercial and residential cleaning services, with support for our hospitality and facilities branch. It's a hands-on leadership role with real ownership and decision-making authority — you'll keep operations organized and running smoothly while leading and supporting our housekeepers.
Schedule
Full-time, four days per week, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, in person in Jackson, WY. We run two staggered four-day schedules so the business is covered seven days a week:
- One team member works Sunday–Thursday; the other works Wednesday–Saturday.
- You overlap one day mid-week for a clean hand-off, and each of you gets a mid-week day off.
- Schedule is flexible — if you'd prefer a different four-day pattern (for example, covering both weekend days), we can work it out.
Because we serve clients on their schedule, both roles share responsibility for responding to urgent issues that come up during the work week, including evening and weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- Take full management of the daily cleaning schedule across our commercial and residential accounts.
- Communicate with and respond to housekeepers throughout the day, resolving scheduling issues and concerns as they arise.
- Juggle client communication — phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages — alongside real-time coordination with housekeepers.
- Conduct service inspections and ensure consistent quality across accounts.
- Make decisions to resolve urgent issues during the work week.
- Lead and support housekeepers and supervisors; ensure company systems, safety standards, and processes are followed.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address escalated service concerns.
Qualifications
Required
- Spanish fluency (required) — you'll communicate daily with clients and housekeepers.
- Leadership or operations experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and the ability to multitask — juggling phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages while coordinating housekeepers throughout the day.
- Ability to manage teams and daily operational priorities.
- Reliable transportation and availability for the four-day schedule, including evening and weekend coverage and occasional urgent issues.
Preferred
- Experience in cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or service operations.
- Experience with scheduling or operations software.
Applicants must live in Teton County or surrounding areas.
Compensation
- $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonuses available.

Operations Manager Jobs in Wyoming: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a operations manager in Wyoming?
Most operations manager roles in Wyoming require a bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, though candidates with an associate degree and substantial supervisory experience are regularly considered. Wyoming does not issue a state-specific license for operations managers, so entry depends on building relevant industry experience, particularly in energy, logistics, or healthcare, which are the state's dominant hiring sectors. Certifications such as the Certified Operations Manager or Project Management Professional credential strengthen applications considerably.
How much do operations managers make in Wyoming?
Operations managers in Wyoming earn a median of about $99,700 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $50,740 for the lowest 10% to over $214,810 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire operations managers in Wyoming?
Companies currently hiring operations managers in Wyoming include Walgreens, Lowe's Home Improvement, and STIO, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Wyoming's energy and natural resources sector, anchored in the Powder River Basin and Pinedale Anticline regions, drives a large share of ongoing operations management demand across the state.
Which Wyoming cities have the most operations manager jobs?
Cheyenne, Casper, and Jackson account for the largest share of operations manager openings in Wyoming. Cheyenne leads as the state capital and a regional distribution hub, Casper anchors the oil and gas corridor with major refinery and field operations employers, and Gillette drives demand through its coal mining and energy extraction industries, which require dedicated operations management at scale.
Are there remote operations manager jobs in Wyoming?
Yes, but they're rare. About 17% of operations manager openings tied to Wyoming are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the hands-on, site-based nature of most roles in the state's energy, logistics, and facilities sectors. The portions of the role most likely to be performed remotely include reporting, scheduling, vendor communication, and administrative oversight rather than direct floor or field supervision.
How can I get hired as a operations manager in Wyoming with little or no experience?
The most realistic path is moving into an operations coordinator or shift supervisor role first, which Wyoming employers in energy and logistics regularly post as stepping stones that do not require prior management titles. Large Wyoming employers such as mining operations in Gillette and distribution centers in Cheyenne often promote internally from logistics associate or production technician roles. Earning a Lean or Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate and volunteering for process improvement projects in your current position makes a candidate significantly more competitive for a first management role.
Where can I find and apply to operations manager jobs in Wyoming?
You can find and apply to operations manager jobs in Wyoming on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the available roles, identify the ones that match your experience and preferred location, and apply directly to whichever positions fit your background.
