Requires strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and basic computer skills, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment preferred.
Candidates will gain hands-on leadership experience overseeing approximately 20-25 employees in a union manufacturing environment, while being responsible for safety, production, equipment coordination, employee matters, and continuous improvement.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
