Description
Job Overview:
As the Regional Director, you will partner with senior leadership to lead, mentor and guide community teams to ensure properties are maintained and operated according to the Board and community’s objectives.
Compensation: $95k + annually, based on experience
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, coach, and guide Community Managers, General Managers, and on site support staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with board members through regular communication and engagement
- Collaborate with support staff and Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards
- Attend Board meetings and provide strategic input and guidance alongside Community Managers
- Review and provide feedback on board packets, meeting minutes, notices, mailings, and other community communications
- Provide expert support and recommendations related to association financials, budgets, and forecasting
- Handle escalated homeowner or board concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving
- Conduct regular property visits to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Manage and monitor communities on the watch list, implementing corrective action plans as needed
- Partner with internal teams to recruit, onboard, train and develop associates for long-term success
- Participate in developer transition meetings and support transition-related tasks for new communities
- Support and collaborate with business development efforts to attract and secure new management opportunities
- Perform other duties assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, building and maintaining strong professional relationships

- Adaptable, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities and demands
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of successful Homeowner Association property management experience (required)
- Prior leadership experience managing a team of 10+ individuals (required)
- Current CMCA designation (required)
- Additional industry certifications (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:
- Sit at a desk using a computer in an office setting.
- Walk and move throughout the community common areas and facilities.
- Sit and stand for moderate periods of time
Supervisory Responsibility: Yes
Work Location: Tucson, AZ
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day along with evenings and weekends as needed to support assigned properties
Travel Requirements: Some local travel with use of personal vehicle. Eligible for mileage reimbursement at the current IRS approved rates.
