- Oversee profit and loss responsibilities by managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying revenue opportunities through business development initiatives.
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs.
- Drive sales growth by supporting local business development efforts, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Manage project execution across multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and prepare reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all regional operations.
Experience
- Proven management experience in overseeing multiple locations or regions within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in strategic planning with demonstrated success in achieving business growth targets.
- Extensive supervisory experience leading diverse teams with a focus on leadership development and performance management.
- Hands-on experience managing profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial analysis.
- Business development expertise with a track record of expanding market presence and increasing sales revenue.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative relationships.
