Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Oversee daily shift operations, including managing staffing levels, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours.
• Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and implement effective stock management practices to reduce waste and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular training and inspections.
• Assist in hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) Toast system for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reporting.
• Support budgeting efforts by analyzing profit and loss statements, controlling expenses, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
• Experience serving in the front of house.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management, staff training & development, and performance coaching.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems; proficiency in cash handling procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Familiarity with inventory control techniques, food production processes, and managing hospitality teams across casual dining or fine dining settings.
• Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates, conducting staff training sessions, and collaborating with other departments.
