Senior Manager, Product Manager- Risk Management, Compliance and Ethics

About the Team
Capital One Compliance and Ethics (C&E) is looking for a Manager, Product Manager that will help reimagine the way compliance is implemented across the enterprise.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, data, technology and design – ideal for someone who thrives in complex problem spaces, partnering with key stakeholders, and continuously learning individually and as a team. This role will own product discovery, delivery, and iterations across segments of risk management, focusing on gathering business requirements, user insights, translation to engineering teams, and prioritizing within a product roadmap.

Basic Qualifications:
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
