For non-regulated sales roles, employers typically prioritize relevant customer-facing experience and CRM proficiency over formal credentials.
Which companies hire sales advisors in Pennsylvania?

Philadelphia dominates due to its dense concentration of financial services firms, health insurers, and telecommunications companies, while Pittsburgh's technology and healthcare growth has made it a secondary hub, and Allentown draws openings from regional retail and insurance operations anchored in the Lehigh Valley.

About 38% of sales advisor openings tied to Pennsylvania are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting employer flexibility in non-retail segments.
