Overall Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing, owning, and driving the Integrated Business Planning strategy including the Sales and Operations Planning process and continuous improvement efforts, with the goal of balancing cost, service, and capacity across the supply chain to drive top-line and bottom-line performance. This includes driving a multi phased approach to deploy and evolve a digital twin of the Supply Chain. Leading a team of S&OP Analysts, this position will oversee the status of key supply chain metrics, proactive risk identification across various time horizons, scenario analysis to make intentional decisions, and the cross functional coordination to execute actions. This position will be the primary leader of weekly cross-functional S&OP meetings including preparation, facilitation, and follow up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
- Drive the Sales and Operations Planning Process, including continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead and guide S&OP Analysts to manage the execution of the S&OP process to balance cost, service, and capacity to maintain continuous flow of merchandise through the supply chain.
- Lead weekly S&OP meetings including, information generation, preread preparation, meeting facilitation, and follow up execution.
- Maintain integrity of supply chain digital twin (via S&OP system) and own relationship with system providers.
- Oversee cross-functional processes and leverage robotic process automation tools to drive productive use of DC space, including disposition of end of season (SWAT process) and unproductive inventory.
- Collaborate with other SSC departments to ensure smooth flow of merchandise through the supply chain
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years of Supply Chain experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with emphasis on Supply Chain Management. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn and utilize other supply chain tools.
