JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for insurance domain projects. The role requires strong Scrum expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and team impediments. Experience in Insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a Scrum Master and Agile coach, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and clients to align delivery priorities
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution
• Track sprint progress using Jira (backlog management, reporting, dashboards)
• Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time) and drive improvements
• Support release planning and coordinate across teams when needed
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on expertise with Jira
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in client-facing roles

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Insurance domain (P&C preferred)
• Exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Scrum certification (CSM/PSM)
• Experience in scaled Agile (SAFe or similar)

COMPENSATION

• The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $110000 to $138059

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
