- Win new business and grow share across the Kansa City area.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers through consistent communication, operational excellence, and proactive business planning, including renewals.
- Leverage technology and selling tools to plan territory coverage, manage customer pipelines, support fact based selling, and track performance against targets.
- Maximize volume, revenue, and distribution across existing accounts and new partnerships using data-driven insights, assortment strategy, and promotional recommendations tailored to Rec & Retail environments.
- Execute all Contract/Customer Development Agreements, including management of trade payments, contract compliance, performance tracking, and ensuring delivery of all PepsiCo value commitments.
- Activate national and local marketplace initiatives to drive brand visibility, beverage incidence, and customer engagement within recreation and retail locations.
- Partner closely with PBUS operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, effective service execution, timely equipment installation, and issue resolution.
- Optimize beverage set, equipment placement, and assortment in accordance with PBUS guidelines and customer traffic patterns to maximize consumer conversion.
- Lead efforts to grow fountain, bottle, and can revenue, ensuring proper merchandising, cooler management, and adherence to brand standards across all assigned customers.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Self-Starter, ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision, strong follow-up skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience preferred.
- Consumer packaged goods experience and / or Food Service selling experience.
- Previous Customer service experience is required.
- Superior time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and plan.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, clearly communicates all results and opportunities to manager and sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Safe driving record strongly preferred.
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
