The right person will be motivated by income potential, performance, personal growth, and making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

Follow up with unsold prospects and help move them toward a decision
Track activity, notes, pipeline, and results accurately in our CRM
Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure a smooth handoff and great client experience
Maintain a professional, trustworthy, and results-focused sales process
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with real sales ability — not just someone who is “good with people.”
The ideal candidate has:
Proven success in consultative sales
Experience selling high-ticket offers, packages, memberships, or programs
Health, wellness, medspa, fitness, aesthetics, medical weight loss, or similar experience preferred
Comfort discussing personal goals related to weight, body image, aging, confidence, and health
Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Confidence presenting offers and asking for the sale
Ability to handle objections without being pushy or aggressive
Strong follow-up habits and CRM discipline
A self-driven, competitive, professional mindset
A desire to help people make meaningful changes in their lives
Compensation
This role includes a base salary of $45,000–$55,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses.

Sales Executive Jobs in Kansas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales executive in Kansas?
Most sales executive roles in Kansas require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a technical field relevant to the industry. Kansas does not require a state-issued license to work as a sales executive in most sectors, though roles selling real estate, insurance, or securities require licensure through the Kansas Insurance Department or FINRA. Employers typically promote from account representative or territory manager roles after candidates demonstrate consistent quota attainment.
How much do sales executives make in Kansas?
Sales executives in Kansas earn a median of about $159,990 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $91,530 for the lowest 10% to over $249,990 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire sales executives in Kansas?
Kansas sales executive roles are posted by Cox Automotive, Ethos, and CVS Health and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Kansas's concentration of manufacturing, agribusiness, and enterprise technology companies means demand is especially consistent in Wichita and the Kansas City metro corridor.
Which Kansas cities have the most sales executive jobs?
Wichita, Overland Park, and Kansas City lead Kansas for sales executive openings. Overland Park and the broader Kansas City metro drive volume through its density of corporate headquarters and financial services firms, while Wichita's aerospace, manufacturing, and agricultural equipment industries sustain strong demand for industrial and enterprise sales talent year-round.
Are there remote sales executive jobs in Kansas?
Yes, and more than most fields. Sales executive work is well-suited to remote and hybrid arrangements because the role centers on calls, virtual demos, and relationship management. About 42% of sales executive openings tied to Kansas are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting broad employer acceptance of distributed commercial teams. Fully remote roles are most common in SaaS, financial services, and enterprise software verticals.
How can I get hired as a sales executive in Kansas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a sales development representative or account coordinator role at a mid-size Kansas company, which most employers in Overland Park and Wichita treat as their internal pipeline for executive-level promotions. Koch Industries affiliates, Garmin, and regional insurance carriers based in Kansas regularly hire candidates without direct sales experience for rotational or associate sales programs. Completing a relevant certification, such as a Certified Professional Sales Person credential, or building a portfolio of cold-outreach results strengthens applications considerably.
Where can I find and apply to sales executive jobs in Kansas?
You can find and apply to sales executive jobs in Kansas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Kansas openings across industries and experience levels. Find roles that fit your background and apply directly to the employers posting them.
