Overview
As a Warehouse Trainer - Nights, you’ll help warehouse team members build the knowledge and skills to work safely, confidently, and effectively. You’ll deliver hands-on and classroom training, develop clear learning materials, and support employee orientation and ongoing development. This role works closely with warehouse leaders and human resources to identify learning needs and strengthen performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions for new and current employees, adapting delivery for adult learners and night-shift operations.
- Develop and update training programs, instructional content, and e-learning courses using instructional design practices, including ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate).
- Use learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology to assign, track, and evaluate training.
- Partner with leaders on employee evaluations, performance management, change management, and development planning.
- Your impact: Clear, practical training helps employees perform their work safely and consistently, supporting coworkers and warehouse operations.
Skills
- Required: Strong communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills; experience teaching or delivering training.
- Preferred: Curriculum development, adult education, instructional design, program management, and corporate training experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and content development software such as Adobe Captivate.
- Human resources experience is helpful, including employee orientation, talent management, employee relations, and training program development.
- Additional exposure to Workday, human resources information systems (HRIS), succession planning, recruiting, mentoring, data collection, or SharePoint is a plus.
