Job Description
As Dealership Valet Manager in Training, you will train under experienced leadership to develop the skills necessary to manage a dealership service drive valet team. This role requires hands-on management of daily service drive operations, direct oversight of employees, and a strong willingness to learn.
Hands-On Training & Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding, training, and management
- Scheduling and oversight of daily team tasks
- Administration of company policies with HR and the Area Manager
- Maintaining DealerFLEX standard operating procedures with the client
- Conducting daily safety reviews and enforcing compliance
- Holding monthly meetings with client account holders
- Reviewing payroll, timekeeping, and budgeting processes
- Coaching and mentoring team members for career growth
- Supporting operational efficiency and customer service excellence
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record No recent moving violations
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges
- Attention to Detail Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, payroll, and client interactions
- Excellent Communication Professional interaction with employees and dealership clients
Working Conditions:
