- Leads and manages large-scale, cross-departmental projects from initiation to completion, including renovations and upgrades
- Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensures that all projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to quality standards
- Coordinates with internal departments to allocate resources and ensure that team members have the necessary tools and information to succeed
- Manages relationships with external contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Oversees the bidding process, negotiates contracts, and ensures the proper execution of service agreements
- Monitors vendor performance and resolves any issues related to quality, timelines, or costs
- Develops and manages the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled throughout the project lifecycle
- Approves and tracks invoices for project-related work, ensuring financial accountability
- Ensures that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Works closely with the HSE department to ensure work meets safety requirements
