Which staffing companies sponsor visas in Georgia?
Major staffing companies with Georgia operations that sponsor visas include Randstad, Kelly Services, Aerotek, Robert Half, and TEKsystems. These firms typically sponsor H-1B visas for specialized recruiting roles in IT, healthcare, and engineering staffing. Regional staffing companies serving Atlanta's corporate market may also sponsor for senior positions requiring specialized industry knowledge or bilingual capabilities.
How to find staffing visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Use Migrate Mate to search specifically for staffing and recruiting positions in Georgia that offer visa sponsorship. Focus on Atlanta metro area opportunities, as this is where most national staffing firms maintain their southeastern headquarters. Filter for roles at companies with established sponsorship histories, particularly those serving technology, healthcare, and professional services clients throughout the Southeast.
Which visa types are most common for staffing roles in Georgia?
H-1B visas are most common for specialized recruiting roles requiring bachelor's degrees, particularly in technical recruiting, healthcare staffing, or executive search. TN visas work for Canadian and Mexican citizens in professional recruiting positions. Some staffing companies also sponsor L-1 visas for managers transferring from international offices to oversee regional operations in Atlanta or other Georgia markets.
Which cities in Georgia have the most staffing sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta dominates Georgia's staffing market, hosting regional headquarters for major firms and serving the Southeast's largest corporate base. Alpharetta and Sandy Springs offer additional opportunities, particularly in technology recruiting. Augusta has healthcare-focused staffing needs, while Columbus and Savannah provide smaller but stable markets for generalist recruiting roles serving local manufacturing and logistics companies.
What are the prevailing wage requirements for staffing jobs in Georgia?
Georgia's prevailing wages for staffing roles vary significantly by location and specialization. Atlanta metro area wages are typically higher than state averages, reflecting the competitive market for experienced recruiters. Technical recruiting and executive search positions command premium wages, while entry-level recruiting roles may start near prevailing wage minimums. Healthcare staffing specialists often earn above-average prevailing wages due to specialized knowledge requirements.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored staffing jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
