Job Summary
We are currently hiring an IHT Enterprise Client Success for our Enterprise Delivery team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary local-level liaison between Staffmark Group and assigned national account clients. This role bridges the strategic goals of the national account relationship with the day-to-day operational excellence required at the local market level. Client Success ensures consistent service delivery, workforce compliance, and high-quality experience for both the client and placed associates.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular on-site visits, proactive communication, and responsive issue resolution.
- Participate in forecast meetings and discussions with clients to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Works to identify and gather sales leads from candidate pool to share with sales team.
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality delivery against client headcount requirements.
- Monitor Talent attendance, performance, and retention; implement corrective actions in alignment with client and company standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues before they impact client satisfaction.
- Escalate systemic or complex issues to the National Account Manager with supporting data and recommended solutions.
- Conduct on-site orientations, safety walk-throughs, and check-ins to support associate engagement and reduce attrition.
