Overview
As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, the technician role is a hands-on service position focused on repair excellence. This technician performs service calls, repair work, and diagnostic inspections while delivering dependable service in the field. Responsibilities
- Complete roofing inspections, service calls, and repair tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
- Diagnose issues accurately, communicate findings clearly, and deliver consistent service results on every job.
- Ensure reliable service outcomes while supporting customer needs in the field.
- Show strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver efficient service solutions under varying conditions.
- Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Daily travel in the home market.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for this technician include
- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience
- Ability to perform service tasks at heights
- Low-slope systems knowledge.
- Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites.
- Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs.
DRIVING
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
