- Establish repeatable enablement standards, playbooks, and operating practices that create consistency, governance, and scalability across enterprise transformation efforts.
- Define readiness priorities and drive enterprise-wide enablement approaches that help employees and leaders translate transformation into practical action, sustained use, and measurable business impact.
- Oversee high-impact change and adoption initiatives, including a strong first-year focus on AI fluency, helping leaders and employees apply tools responsibly, redesign workflows and connect use to business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Learning, Communications, Technology, and business teams to align capability-building, messaging, tools, and support around enterprise priorities and adoption outcomes.
- Equip leaders to create clarity, translate enterprise priorities into team-level action, and reinforce accountability and adoption through change.
- Define and track success measures such as readiness, adoption, time-to-proficiency, and sustained use to evaluate impact and continuously improve enterprise enablement efforts as business and workforce needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to apply strong business judgment and enterprise thinking to enablement and transformation work.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise enablement, change activation, transformation, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives that require stakeholder alignment, change activation, behavior change, and sustained adoption at scale.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and translate strategy into clear priorities, messaging, and action.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and partner effectively across HR, communications, technology, learning, and business teams in a complex global organization.
- Demonstrates strong learning agility and curiosity—continuously exploring and applying new tools, including AI, to improve effectiveness, accelerate outcomes, and evolve how work gets done.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enablement or transformation efforts related to AI, digital adoption, or other technology-driven change.
- Strong ability to align enterprise priorities with role-based enablement, leader action, and adoption support that drive practical team-level change.
- Track record of building leader capability and navigating ambiguity in complex, global organizations.
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Compensation

Which insurance companies sponsor Green Card visas in New York?
Several large insurance carriers and financial services firms headquartered in New York have documented Green Card sponsorship histories, including AIG, MetLife, Chubb, New York Life, and Prudential. Reinsurance firms operating in the New York market, such as Munich Re America and Swiss Re, also sponsor international employees. Sponsorship is generally concentrated in specialized technical and analytical roles rather than generalist positions.
Which cities in New York have the most insurance Green Card sponsorship jobs?
Manhattan accounts for the overwhelming majority of insurance Green Card sponsorship activity in New York, given the concentration of carrier headquarters, reinsurance offices, and insurance brokerage firms in Midtown and the Financial District. White Plains and Melville on Long Island also have notable insurance employer presences. Remote and hybrid roles based out of New York offices can sometimes extend opportunities beyond New York City proper.
What types of insurance roles typically qualify for Green Card sponsorship?
Roles that require specialized education and skills are most commonly sponsored. Actuaries with credentials from the Society of Actuaries or Casualty Actuarial Society, underwriters in specialty lines such as marine or professional liability, data scientists building pricing or fraud models, and compliance officers with regulatory expertise represent typical sponsored positions. General sales and customer-facing roles are rarely sponsored for permanent residence.
How do I find insurance Green Card sponsorship jobs in New York?
Migrate Mate is designed specifically for international job seekers and filters insurance jobs in New York by Green Card sponsorship status, so you are not sifting through roles that will not support your visa. You can search by job title, location, and sponsorship type to surface relevant positions from New York-based carriers, brokerages, and reinsurers that have an active history of sponsoring international employees for permanent residence.
Are there any New York-specific considerations for Green Card sponsorship in insurance?
New York's Department of Financial Services regulatory environment means many compliance, legal, and risk roles require familiarity with state-specific insurance law, which can make locally experienced international candidates particularly competitive. New York employers in insurance are also accustomed to sponsoring through EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories given the talent market. PERM labor certification timelines and backlogs still apply and vary by an applicant's country of birth.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card insurance jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
