About GoldenHome Cabinet Southeast
GoldenHome Cabinet Southeast is the authorized regional distributor for GoldenHome, a publicly traded global cabinetry manufacturer (SH:603180) producing premium European-style frameless cabinets. We are launching a new distribution operation in the Charlotte metro area, bringing a full-service warehouse and designer showroom to the Carolinas market. With domestic manufacturing in Dallas, TX and additional production capacity in Thailand, we offer builders, designers, and dealers a compelling combination of quality, speed, and value. This is the first GoldenHome distribution point in the NC, SC and GA — a ground-floor opportunity for a driven sales professional to build a territory from the start.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced B2B cabinet sales professional to drive revenue across four core customer segments: showroom dealers, kitchen and bath designers, general contractors, and residential home builders. This is a hunter role with significant relationship-building responsibilities. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and ongoing account management. You will represent GoldenHome’s premium frameless product line and leverage our local Charlotte warehouse, showroom, and competitive lead times to win and grow accounts throughout the Carolinas.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the cabinetry, kitchen and bath, or building materials industry in the Charlotte market
- Established network of relationships with builders, general contractors, kitchen and bath designers, or cabinet dealers in the Charlotte metro area
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction, specifically frameless/European-style cabinetry (product knowledge of RTA and/or pre-assembled cabinet lines preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual presentation tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; this role requires daily travel throughout the Charlotte metro and periodic travel across the Carolinas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to audiences ranging from jobsite crews to executive decision-makers
Physical Demands & Working Environment
- Must be able to safely navigate a highly active industrial warehouse environment characterized by high-piled pallet racking and moving heavy machinery, including sit-down counterbalance forklifts and narrow-aisle stand-up reach trucks.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on hard concrete floors during showroom tours, warehouse collaboration, and jobsite visits.
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy cabinet sample doors, display materials, and dense flat-packed RTA boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience launching a new product line or opening a new market/territory
- Experience selling frameless/European-style cabinetry in the US market
- Active membership in HBAGC, NKBA, NARI, or similar industry associations
- NKBA certification (AKBD, CKBD, or Specialty Badge) or equivalent industry credential
- Familiarity with production home builder procurement processes and multi-community specification programs
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin a plus
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure. There is no ceiling on commission earnings — the more you sell, the more you earn. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and are commensurate with experience and market knowledge.
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
- Uncapped commission on all closed revenue — no earning limit
- Mileage reimbursement and travel expense coverage
- Trade show and association membership support
- Ground-floor equity in territory development with long-term growth potential as GoldenHome expands across the Southeast

Which consumer goods companies in North Carolina sponsor H-1B visas?
Several consumer goods employers in North Carolina have a documented history of H-1B visa sponsorship. Hanes Brands, headquartered in Winston-Salem, regularly files for roles in engineering, supply chain, and analytics. Belk and Coty have sponsored H-1B workers in Charlotte. Food and beverage manufacturers concentrated in the Piedmont Triad also appear in Department of Labor LCA disclosure data as active H-1B sponsors.
Which cities in North Carolina have the most consumer goods H-1B sponsorship jobs?
Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and the Research Triangle (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) are the primary hiring hubs for consumer goods H-1B roles in North Carolina. Charlotte draws corporate and brand management positions. Winston-Salem is home to major apparel and tobacco-adjacent consumer goods employers. The Research Triangle adds demand for technical and data-focused roles, particularly as consumer goods companies expand their analytics and e-commerce operations there.
What types of consumer goods roles typically qualify for H-1B sponsorship in North Carolina?
H-1B sponsorship in consumer goods is generally concentrated in specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Common qualifying roles include supply chain engineers, data scientists, financial analysts, product development specialists, and IT professionals supporting retail or manufacturing operations. General business roles or positions where any degree field is accepted are less likely to meet the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B approval.
How do I find consumer goods H-1B sponsorship jobs in North Carolina?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and lets you filter by visa type, industry, and state simultaneously, making it straightforward to browse consumer goods roles with H-1B sponsorship in North Carolina. Because sponsorship willingness is not always listed in standard job postings, using a platform that surfaces verified sponsoring employers saves significant time compared to manually researching company-by-company through public LCA disclosure data.
Are there any North Carolina-specific considerations for H-1B sponsorship in consumer goods?
North Carolina's consumer goods sector includes a mix of large multinationals and mid-size regional manufacturers. Larger employers generally have established immigration programs and legal infrastructure to support H-1B filings, while smaller manufacturers may sponsor less frequently. The state's right-to-work status and relatively low unionization in manufacturing do not directly affect H-1B eligibility, but prevailing wage compliance remains an employer obligation regardless of company size or sector.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B consumer goods jobs in North Carolina?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
