- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC (but don’t worry—we will train you!)
- Experience in residential or commercial roofing or general construction
- A valid driver’s license
Working Conditions:
- Job site-based (field environment with exposure to heights, noise, weather)
- Physically demanding: standing, climbing, lifting
- Occasional travel
