A bit about us:
We are a growing, product-based business serving industrial customers across energy and related markets. With a strong operational backbone and a focus on customer relationships, we’ve recently expanded into new markets and are building out local teams to support that growth. This location is early-stage, gaining traction quickly, and positioned for continued expansion.
Why join us?
- Early-stage office with growth ahead, not a maintenance role
- High visibility role where you directly impact customers and operations
- Blend of leadership and hands-on work
- Stable business with strong industry demand
- Tight-knit team where your work actually matters day-to-day
- Strong benefits package and consistent bonus history

This role blends customer service leadership, inside account management, and office coordination. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers while also overseeing day-to-day operations of a small but growing office. It’s a hands-on role where you’re in the work, not managing from a distance. You’ll manage customer orders (in-person and over the phone), support an outside sales partner, coach an early-career customer service team member, and keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, handling orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Process walk-in and phone orders with a high level of accuracy and responsiveness
- Supervise and coach one customer service team member, including professional development
- Partner with outside sales to support customer needs and maintain continuity
- Coordinate office-related needs (vendors, maintenance, general operations)
- Solve problems proactively and keep workflows moving without needing heavy oversight
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
What They’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of customer service experience (B2B preferred)

Which staffing companies sponsor visas in North Dakota?
National staffing firms with North Dakota operations include Kelly Services, Manpower, and Robert Half, which have historically sponsored H-1B visas for specialized recruiting roles. Regional staffing companies serving the Bakken oil region and Fargo's tech sector also sponsor visas for bilingual recruiters and technical talent acquisition specialists.
Which cities in North Dakota have the most staffing sponsorship jobs?
Fargo leads in staffing visa sponsorship opportunities due to its technology sector and Microsoft campus, followed by Bismarck with its government contractor staffing needs. Grand Forks offers positions with university-affiliated staffing firms, while Williston and Minot provide opportunities with energy sector recruiting companies.
How to find staffing visa sponsorship jobs in North Dakota?
Migrate Mate specializes in connecting international candidates with visa-sponsoring staffing companies in North Dakota. The platform filters positions by location and industry, making it easy to find recruiting roles in Fargo's tech sector or energy staffing positions in the Bakken region that offer H-1B or other visa sponsorship.
Which visa types are most common for staffing roles in North Dakota?
H-1B visas are most common for specialized recruiting roles requiring bachelor's degrees, particularly for technical recruiters and healthcare staffing specialists. TN visas work for Canadian and Mexican nationals in professional recruiting positions, while some staffing companies use L-1 visas for international transfers of experienced recruitment managers.
What are the prevailing wage requirements for staffing jobs in North Dakota?
North Dakota's prevailing wages for recruiting positions are generally lower than coastal markets but competitive within the Midwest. Technical recruiters and healthcare staffing specialists command higher wages, especially in Fargo and Bismarck. The Department of Labor's prevailing wage database reflects the state's cost of living adjustments for different metropolitan areas.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored staffing jobs in North Dakota?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
