How to find staffing visa sponsorship jobs in North Dakota?

The platform filters positions by location and industry, making it easy to find recruiting roles in Fargo's tech sector or energy staffing positions in the Bakken region that offer H-1B or other visa sponsorship.
Which visa types are most common for staffing roles in North Dakota?
H-1B visas are most common for specialized recruiting roles requiring bachelor's degrees, particularly for technical recruiters and healthcare staffing specialists. What is the prevailing wage for sponsored staffing jobs in North Dakota?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
