We are seeking an experienced Title Agent to support land acquisition, negotiations, property research, title and survey review, permitting, construction coordination, and restoration activities for Right of Way projects. This is a great opportunity for a Right of Way professional with strong real estate knowledge who enjoys working on complex projects, collaborating with project teams, and managing multiple priorities.
What You鈥檒l Do:
- Facilitate land acquisitions, negotiations, and Right of Way activities.
- Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret deeds, easements, leases, permits, licenses, and other land-related agreements.
- Research and collect property and project documentation.
- Enter and maintain Right of Way information in stakeholder management databases.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of database information.
- Prepare permit applications, acquisition reports, project status reports, and technical documentation.
- Review subcontractor contracts, invoices, and change orders.
- Assist with public involvement meetings and project presentations.
- Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
What We鈥檙e Looking For:
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, OR applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years of Right of Way acquisition, relocation, eminent domain, project management, or real estate experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand title reports, appraisal reports, and land surveys.
- Knowledge of real estate law and title work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with database management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver鈥檚 license and ability to meet company vehicle driving requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SR/WA designation.
- Other International Right of Way Association (IRWA) certification.
- Real Estate Broker or Sales License.
Per Diem:
馃挵 $150 per diem per day
