The Role

Show Crew Member - Netflix House (Full Body Puppet)

Netflix House is a permanent entertainment venue where fans can interact with their favorite Netflix stories through immersive experiences and elevated hospitality. The first two locations opened in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and Galleria Dallas in 2025. Netflix House is another step in Netflix's commitment to create immersive, in-person experiences for fans around the globe, including NETFLIX BITES Las Vegas, The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience; Stranger Things: The Experience; Squid Game: The Experience, now open in New York, Madrid, Sydney and Seoul; and Stranger Things: The First Shadow, now open on London’s West End and on Broadway. Netflix has reached 7.5 million fans across 170 openings in 100 cities and 40 unique formats around the world with an average guest rating of 4.7 out of 5.

Looking for: This character has height requirements of 5’8”-6’ (due to puppet design).

Description: Seeking enthusiastic candidates to bring to life an iconic character from KPop Demon Hunters. This performer will appear before thousands of guests each day in a full costume for in-character greetings, interacting with fans, and posing for pictures. Candidates should be willing to demonstrate high energy levels, a full range of body movement, basic improvisation, and guest interaction. This role requires being positioned within a large body costume; the Show Crew Member must be comfortable performing within its tight/dark interior; some puppeteering experience is a plus.

This on-site, full-time or part-time hourly role is based in King of Prussia, PA.

As a Show Crew Member (Full Body Puppet), you will bring in-world experiences to life through various roles, including scripted in-character roles, ad-hoc Fan interactions, technical operational positions, and show-related operational positions. The Attractions Crew Member is critical to the success of the experience through their dedication to show excellence and to ensure a best-in-class experience. In addition to bringing our Netflix worlds to life, all Attractions Crew Members provide general information, scan tickets, manage guest flow, and more.

What you will do:

• Work in a specific role for an in-world Attractions experience, including physically scripted in-character roles, positions requiring extensive ad-hoc Fan interactions, technical operational positions, and other show-related operational roles.
• Provide best-in-class service to our Fans while adhering to specific IP needs and in-world environments.
• Utilize hands, feet, legs, and arms to operate the puppet.
• Act as a Netflix Ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.
• Foster a culture of safety in all actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume immersive experiences, theatrical productions, or show-based attractions.
• Knowledge of creative excellence and the show quality process.
• Commitment to show consistency and quality, including following scripts and timing marks.
• Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
• Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day operation.

Compensation: $19.60 - $24.52 per hour
