- Shape application services solutions and guide clients from discovery through proposal, negotiation, close, and delivery kickoff.
Lead Delivery Execution to Enable Growth:
- Translate sold scope into actionable delivery plans (scope, timeline, resourcing, governance, risks, success metrics).
- Oversee delivery execution across projects and managed services, ensuring high-quality outcomes that reinforce client trust and create expansion opportunities.
- Monitor performance against SLAs/KPIs and drive corrective actions, continuous improvement, and client adoption.
- Manage delivery financials (effort/burn, budget alignment, margin awareness) and proactively surface risks to scope, schedule, or profitability.
Strengthen Operational Excellence Partner Ecosystems:
- Rapidly build expertise in NTT DATA’s offerings, delivery methods, tools, and processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery and solution alignment.
- Identify opportunities to standardize repeatable delivery motions, improve quality, and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications Skills (Required)
- 8+ years of experience across applications delivery and sales/growth roles, ideally within a mid-market portfolio.
- Proven ability to hunt, create pipeline, open new doors, and drive growth in mature or stagnant accounts.

- Experience managing a portfolio of many small accounts with strong communication, prioritization, and reporting discipline.
- Strong applications and service solution knowledge with the ability to shape offerings into compelling, client-ready value propositions.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, margin awareness, and opportunity assessment.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners to drive successful outcomes.

Which consulting companies sponsor E-3 visas in Texas?
The Big Four accounting and advisory firms, Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG, all have significant Texas presences and established E-3 visa sponsorship track records. Global management consultancies including McKinsey, BCG, and Accenture also operate large offices in Dallas and Houston. Boutique energy and technology consulting firms headquartered in Texas are increasingly sponsoring E-3 candidates as well, particularly for specialized roles in oil and gas, financial services, and enterprise technology.
Which cities in Texas have the most consulting E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Dallas is Texas's primary consulting hub, hosting major offices for virtually every global consultancy alongside a large financial services and technology client base. Houston follows closely, driven by energy sector consulting demand from firms serving oil, gas, and infrastructure clients. Austin has grown substantially as a tech-consulting center, with strategy and digital transformation roles increasing alongside the city's expanding enterprise technology sector.
What types of consulting roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
Roles that qualify as specialty occupations under E-3 requirements include management consultant, strategy analyst, technology consultant, financial advisory consultant, and risk and compliance consultant. The position must theoretically require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Generalist roles where any degree field satisfies the requirement are more difficult to sponsor, so roles tied to specific technical or analytical disciplines tend to have the strongest E-3 eligibility.
How do I find consulting E-3 sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking E-3 sponsorship and lets you filter consulting roles by state, so you can browse Texas-specific opportunities directly. Beyond using Migrate Mate, targeting firms with established Texas offices and known E-3 sponsorship histories, particularly the major consultancies in Dallas and Houston, improves your chances of finding employers already familiar with the E-3 process rather than needing to educate a new sponsor.
Are there any Texas-specific considerations for consulting E-3 sponsorship?
Texas has no state income tax, which affects total compensation discussions but has no bearing on E-3 eligibility or the sponsorship process itself. One practical consideration is that Texas's energy sector creates demand for specialized consultants in oil, gas, and infrastructure, meaning candidates with engineering, geoscience, or energy finance degrees may find E-3-eligible roles more readily here than in other states. Processing happens through USCIS and the consulate regardless of state, so timelines are not Texas-specific.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 consulting jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
